City’s mobile office to visit Fish Hoek, Matroosfontein, Atlantis and Blackheath
20 January 2020
The City’s mobile office will take services to Fish Hoek, Matroosfontein, Atlantis and Blackheath as from 27 to 30 January 2020. The aim is to provide customer services to communities that are far from municipal facilities such as customer care, housing and subcouncil offices or freecall lines.
The mobile office sessions are held at community facilities that are easily accessible. The schedule for next week is as follows:
| Area | Date | Time | Venue |
| Fish Hoek | 27 January 2020 | 09:30 – 13:30 | Fish Hoek Municipal Office, Central Circle, Fish Hoek |
| Matroosfontein | 28 January 2020 | 09:30 – 13:30 | Matroosfontein Civic Centre, Civic Way, Matroosfontein |
| Atlantis | 29 January 2020 | 09:30 – 13:30 | Westfleur Housing Office, Westfleur Circle, Atlantis |
| Blackheath | 30 January 2020 | 09:30 – 13:30 | Blackheath Community Hall, Evergreen Drive, Austinville |
The City’s customer service team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. To date, the mobile office team has been very effective in resolving long outstanding queries for residents.
This way the City is bringing its services to residents, and affording them the opportunity to enquire and to solve issues without having to spend time and money on transport.
The City encourages all residents to take advantage of this opportunity and to visit the mobile office.
Future area visits will be communicated in due course.
